No, I think neither men nor women should grow longer than waist-length... it just looks disproportional, so unharmonic, and of course its cumbersome. On the other hand, the most beautiful length is in fact just to the belt line...
...and then it should be shiningly bluish black, and the guy should have a nice moustache... but that's another story!
