Today, I interviewed a guy for an opening I have in my welding shop. I turned him down because he really didn't know how to do what I wanted. BUT, he had, (ugh), SHORT HAIR! I keep thinking back to all the people on this board who were refused employment because of their long hair. So, after the interview today, I keep saying to myself, "He had short hair. No one with short hair will ever work here!" It ain't true of course, but it's made me smile for the rest of the day!
Long hairs should show the difference.
We should show that WE don`t discriminate.
I DID show it.
I DIDN'T discriminate.
I DON'T do that.
