My hair is almost to the end of my back and very I start to feel the weight of
my long hair. On work, I tie my hair to a ponytail and it makes the situation even
worse. I just feel it likes someone is dragging my hair all the time. I have to let my
Hair down as soon as I am out of the office. It is a bit painful experience.
But I cant think to cut my hair which I has maintained it for last five years.
Everyone, including my wife, likes my hair so much. They told me that there
Are no men and even woman around can dream they can have my hairs quantity
And quality. I need help to deal with the weight. But no matter what, I wont cut
My hair. Please give me support. Thanks.

Try a bun, perhaps a braided bun, at the nape of the neck, John. There
must still be some women from the 50's and 60's, the last period when
these styles were more common, who could do it for you, and show you
how to do it. That would raise the centre of gravity to neck level. Your neck is then the fulcrum, with the bun close to it, there being a smaller bending moment to cause you those aching neck muscles.
OM.
This may seem like a weird suggestion, but wrapping it around your neck will transfer the weight from your scalp to your shoulders. See the first Samson page for a picture of what this looks like. To keep the hair from pulling, what I do is braid my hair loosely. Pony tails pull too much. You can also make a French braid, and fold the end back up on top of your head and tuck it in somewhere or pin it down. That leaves the weight on your head but not on the follicles.
