Maybe you haven't noticed but more and more corporations are dictating how their employees are going to live their lives and this is just fine with the federal judiciary!
The only cure for this is to vote for people like Ralph Nader and Pat Buchanan. This may seem like I'm contradicting myself but they have two things in common:
1. A belief in the Constitution of the United States
2. A belief in the right of the people to govern themselves
In November you will be able to speak your mind on this subject. I don't care whether you vote left or right but vote for candidates that support the Constitution!!!!
ralph nader i can see, but the pat buchanan is a bit surprising. there is another thing that can be done... educate; get the message out about what type of corporate behavior the judicial branch is giving its silent approval (like what you did with the post). a vote is cast in the privacy of a booth... a message reaches the minds of other voters. then there's always boycotting companies who want to play big brother by telling their employees how they may look off the job by dictating hair length- not to mention the *politically acceptable* 'guilty until proven innocent' practice of pre-employment and random drug testing.
