I have seen a bunch of pics of this guy wearing this hat and this is exactly the one i want (black leather) but I have no clue what it is called. Is it just like an Ivy type hat? Can anyone give me some links to some place on the web that sells some like these? Or some national stores that might have them? I'm not sure how to post an image from the web, hopefully it will show...

Yeah, that's a pretty cool hat. It's like a leather Kangol. Search on Google or Lycos for online hat retailers.
