Actually, I followed his link (posted here or elsewhere). From what I could gather with my memories of college German, the show's band member seated in the chair will have to face a haircut because of a phrase used on some other German show. It was just sort of a "game." The video clip did not show the haircut. I think that may happen in the next episode.
