I asked my nutritionist. Sse said he has the same report. It's credible.

Yes, but what if you look forward to your hair going gray, silver, or white? I'd much rather have gray hair than no hair at all. Besides, it makes you look dignified :P
BTW, no matter how far your hairline has receded, as long as your long hair is gray it looks OK, no? I've noticed this on old longhairs on TV (Nikita for one).

Even if it IS credible, I simply would not do it. I love my gray hair!
