I WISH I had the guts to have long hair. I have seretly wished that I had waist length hair since I was about 3. (I'm 27 now) If I did it, I would get fired from a good job and probably get kicked out of my family. YOU GUYS ARE SO LUCKY. I AM JEALOUS.
Where do you work? Most occupations now allow long hair for men as long as it's tied back in a neat ponytail. Why would your family kick you out? Are they too narrow minded to accept what difference you may want for yourself? Just think about it though.
Just start to grow it - *ever so gently* and see what happens. Then do it a bit more, etc. etc. You never know, you may be surprised by the lack of reaction! Good luck anyway. :-)
