Alright pretty simple question. I have shoulderlength brown hair (I don't have a digital camera to take pics or I would) and I was wondering if I put blond highlights in it, would that be umm... gay? I just am curious since I don't know if I've ever seen a longhair guy with highlights (highlights that actually contrast, like darker brown and lighter blond, which I think are extremely hot on girls and rare enough on them too, maybe that's why I like the idea of them)

Hey man:
I have dark brown, basically black hair, and I had ash blonde highlights put in last year. It came out horrible, and I looked very feminine, not to mention I looked like a wasp or a bee, lol. It's strange though I've seen some guys get it done and it looks great. I guess it depends on how much dye the hairdresser uses. She practically bleached my whole head so that could of been the problem. If you get it done, do it sparingly, make sure and don't get ash blonde b/c it looks grey too, except when it's wet.

Carlos, awesome highlights can be yours if your stylist uses a lighter shade of your natural color--a lighter brown rather than a shade of blond.
Same for you, MC--it depends on your natural shade of brown--is it light or dark?
