Man that's kick ass hair! The only problem is he'll probably have to cut it sometime in the near future due to acting roles.
Actually, although he did have it short a very long time ago he wears it long in most of his roles (From Hell, and more recently Blow come to mind)

rumor has it that sharon osbourne would like johnny depp to play ozzy osbourne in the movie on his life. He usually plays characters that he can keep decent size hair.
