  hey, i was wondering if anyone out there knew how to achieve that "messy look" long hair. NOT to an extreme, but i have a style in my head that i wanna get across. Iwant my hair to look kinda like it does when you are growing it out and the hair is sort of different lengths. Not so much as layering it, but more like its only about a half inch of every where. i want it to pretty much look "uncut." i'll try to find a pic, by the way i have about 7.5 months of growth.

    I just John Paul Mitchelles Slick works for that. Put a little in the hair, shake your head..call it good. Thats what I've been doing.
