I noticed last night while brushing my hair that when the brush gets close to my hair the hair is attracted to it like a magnet. I've heard this mentioned before but never noticed it myself. The brush I use is one of those plastic ones with the plastic bristles with the little round tips. Would I be better off using a wooden brush. Do they create less static? Where can I get one?
I avoid this problem in 2 ways:
1. I brush my hair (gently) when it is still damp from washing OR...
2. I will re-dampen my hair just before re-combing with brush.
