Hi
One guy said he noticed his hair grow when he took vitamins.
Has anyone taken any and noticed their hair grow more?
If so what should I take?
Thanks
Would be great if someone could tell me which Vitamins or which food is good for healthy an fast growing hair!
eat a good diet. veggies, protein. If YOUR healthy, surpise surprise!! So is your hair!
sorry but this means no fast food for the fast food addicts.
I have been taking just chewable "One a Day" vitamins and although I can't really prove how long it made my hair, I can say it probably played some kind of part. But this is over at least a one year period, so DON'T expect quick results in the slightest if any at major growth at all. As far as what vitamins you should take, just take the "One a Day" chewables or Centrum. Anything with Biotin and Zinc, which is the only thing that helps your hair grow anyways. Also please dont believe in those so-called "Super-pills" that "instantly" grow hair. If they worked, would everyone on here be talking their "awkward stage"? Stick to the basics. And I can't stress this enough: Only take 1 (ONE) a day. You can't put 20 gallons in a 10 gallon tank. Overall I'd definitely recommend it; not only will your hair growth faster, if very slowly, you will also get the other good stuff in vitamins and feel a lot better. Or something. Hope I helped.

Thanks for the advice man. I appreciate your help. :)
It's been SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN that NOTHING will make your hair grow faster. Not vitamins, nothing!
As someone else said...just take care of yourself and live a healthy lifestyle. Your hair will grow at its own pace and nothing will make it grow faster.
PERIOD!
...think I read that post too. I was taking "Hair, Skin and Nails" vitamins and I can't say if my hair grew faster. However, my nails did grow MUCH faster!
After reading that guy's post I think you're referring too, I picked up Men's UltrNourish Hair from GNC and have been taking those for about 2 weeks now. I can't tell yet if they're helping the hair growth speed. But I still believe, as the "Hair, Skin and Nails" vitamins tended to prove, that if you give you're body the things it needs to build something (protein for muscle, Vitamin B Complex for nails, etc), I think it could affect growth speed because your body has the 'materials it needs for building'. For example, you could work out quite hard and eat fairly healthy, but may not get the growth results if you're not taking in enough protein. Likewise, it seems as if Vitamin B's, the main ingredients of "Hair, Skin and Nails", play a big part in nail growth--at least mine--because my nails grew like wildfire once taking them. Biotin is a big ingredient of the Men's UltraNourish Hair. Maybe it might help hair growth "efficiency" by giving the body the building materials necessary for growing hair. If nothing else, the pills give me a bit of peace of mind.
GNC Mens Ultra Nourish Hair does make MY hair grow faster. I dont know why but it does. Usually an inch a month instead of one half inch. so just try it people it has a money back guarentee if you dont like it.
