I use Pantene Pro V shampoo and Complete Therapy conditioner. I also sometimes use Pert Plus and Alberto V05.
Which of these is the safest to use, and do you know the best shampoo to use?
No one single shampoo or conditioner works best for everyone.
Try them all, decide which was best for you, then stick with it.
What works best for me isn't the same as what works best for someone else.
I recommend Aussie or Tresemme.

Aussie absolutely f**ks my hair up in a bad way. I will never use it again. Tresemme isn't as bad, but doesn't do well for me either.
You just have to try different brands and see what works best. For me, Aussie is the absolute worst there is.
I use Suave. Inexpensive and works very well. On occasion, when on sale, I'll get Paul Mitchell Awapuhi shampoo.
Interesting. Suave and Alberto VO5 are horrible for me. I've never used Paul Mitchell products though. Pantene is OK I guess, but I stopped using it when I found out on this board that it contains silicone bits. You're absolutely right about trying out different shampoos.
Ditto on the VO5. That stuff is horrible on my hair.
Don't worry about silicone stuff. It's no big deal really.
