How about a long hair section in the various personals which men and women long hairs could find each other. These could be handy for finding each other within local areas.

Or male longhairs to meet each other. I have a partner already, but I would enjoy having more longhaired male friends. In that capacity, I wouldn't care what their sexual orientation is.
A real issue is whether we want the tone of the board to change from businesslike to cruisy. And more, whether Victor would want that - when he wrote his FAQ at some time in the past he indicated not. Something to think about is that others who have tried the bulletin board approach haven't found it to work well.
If someone can make all this work, of course it would be great for those who want it! And it need not be right here on this board - it could be on a separate site if a host is willing. But figuring out what the prior problems have been and what possible solutions to them might be, would be a good course of action going into the project.
Sorry, Didn't mean to appear to go off on that tangent. All I meant
was that its nice to hear from individuals all over the world with
simuliar interrest but It might be nice if a local area could use
something like personal adds in newspapers or magazines to meet
people with simuliar interrest.
By the way I agree with all of your comments and it seems some
caught my drift.
