i was just wondering, i have 12 inches of hair which just goes slightly passed my shoulders. the first 11 inches is completely straight and the way i want it. the problem is with the last inch. insead of keeping nice and straight as i would like, it goes into this mad curl shape. what i was thinking was, if i got this inch of curled hair cut off, would it stay off? or would it eventually come back? the longer my hair gets the less i really care about it, basically because its getting furth and furth away from my face. but still i WOULD like to get rid of it because it totally messes my pony up at the moment. any ideas?
Do you put your hair in a ponytail alot? I have naturally wavy hair and tie it back all the time. the hair that's tied back ends up being trained to go straight, while the tail mantians its natural wave. I agree, this looks weird when worn down. But it would since you're hair is only 12 inches long. as your hair gets longer it'll become less and less noticiable and start to look good. Take a look at Chris Jericho (WWE Wrestler) his hair is the exact same way.
yeah i suppose ill just wait it out, ive come this far with the curls at the end ,i might aswell go the whole way
Hey I have this same exact problem when my hair is long. My hair is nice and straight and lies down until about the last two inches at about my shoulders where it curls up in a silly girl-like fashion. It looks ridiculous but I have found that it does slowly start to 'mellow out' once it grows down a little further past your shoulders.
Hey if you find anything that helps fix it in the meantime, while its still only neck/shoulder length let me know, cuz Im growing again I I'll have to deal with it in a couple months.
