new thread
Hey, let me try again, I posted yesterday and it never showed up, so let me try again.....progress pics, about 7.5-8 months of growth (i STUPIDLY trimmed bangs 1/2 inch around 5 months.) my hair is a little damp, NOT greasy as it looks in the pics. Well, comments are welcomed/encouraged. This is my THIRD time trying to grow my hair out. The two previous attempts were in vain as I broke down and cut it...ughh i had about a good 5-6 months EACH time. Had i not cut it, my hair would be around 19 inches give or take an inch. But, I can do nothing for the past, only the future :)
I can thank this board for giving me encouragement in times of anguish where in past attempts i would have broke out with the scissors, lol. Thanks Board, members, and all of who have helped over the past few months.

The third time is the lucky charm!!! This time keep it growing and forget about cutting it for double the 7.5-8 month period of time it took you to get where your at now. Think of the money you'll save NOT going to the barber/stylist during that period of time. Your hair looks GREAT!!! Good Luck!!!

Well let me see here...there are people on this board with SHORT hair, also WOMEN on this MEN's hair board, there is talk about WRESTLERS, I can name alot of unrelated stuff. But my point is that my hair WILL EVENTUALLY be long, and it is LONGER than the norm, i've been reading the board for about a year and a half, i just recently started posting when my hair was LONGER, did I, at any point CLAIM my hair was LONG? if you dont like the fact of my posting my SHORT hair, well why dont you do something about it and post YOUR long hair????????? oh yes and there are alot of pics on this board WAYYY shorter than my hair is. I would generally tell you to **** off and take your comment the same way i would take someone's comment on cutting my hair.
