I 'started growing' in Dec of 2001, but I hadn't had a haircut in a few months at that point (out of pure laziness), I just decided to go from there. I actually cut the back a few times after that (because I was an idiot), but once I figured out what I was doing, I didn't touch it, no trims, nothing.
I know i've posted progress pics here before, but I like getting feedback, and i'm sure not everyone has seen.

Awesome... As a 12 monther, I'm jealous. It looks like you had quite a bit of hair to start off with when you had "short" hair, so your 15 months of growth will probably equal 18 months of growth on my part (I started growing from a very short buzz cut).

That is great hair you have! Obviously you have kept it very well. I'd be interested to know how you maintain it. Do you plan to continue growing it longer? Thank you for posting your progress pictures.

Um, I wash it with a small amount of shampoo every morning, and I use conditioner daily as well. I'm careful when I comb, I make sure nothing it tangled up with my fingers before I comb. I never put dye or gel in it or anything like that. I play to grow it down to my ass :)

I've been a lurker here for awhile, and have seen your posts before. Your hair is very similar to mine...what an inspiration! You have awesome hair...looks fantastic. Dont lose sight of your goal..."down to my ass". The longer it gets, the better it will look!
