for some reason, my postings are not making it to the board...when i go through the process of putting a post together, i always get the message about "screening notice" but the past two messages i have sent, have never made it. the past one was re: "american idol: messy hair" and the other one was approximately a month ago....are they getting to you? my computer confirms the sending of it, but i never see them posted.
if i am being "screened out" i would like to know why.

My only experience with this type is that your posts may have "naughty" words in them. Yep. Our Webmaster's gone clean on us. That's OK, I guess. Now if we can just get him to update the rest of the site!
since i'm not one to use "naughty words" i somehow doubt this has been the case here....i don't even use blasphemous words about haircuts...unless you consider my approval of layered cuts or undercuts vs. "all one length" styles blasphemous...for some reason i was just ignored...but it appears that has been fixed and i hope that continues.

I'm suspecting that it's because of the spoofer that was haunting the board a few weeks ago. I think Victor still has us on Orange, instead of the usual Yellow alert.

Please review the FAQ, especially the part that says:
If you have a problem with a post, contact the webmaster by email at victor@victorengel.com for resolution so the board does not get cluttered.
I won't go into the reasons things get screened. I did mention earlier, that for the time being I will delete posts with no notice until things settle down if they do not follow the rules. Even those that are approved may be held for some time until I get the time to go through the screened items. I'm currently behind on this, and simply ask for patience in this regard.
