I know that women find men with long hair attractive from personal experience but what styles and lengths have you guys found women to like the most?
depends on the type of face you have really. different things look good on different people. generally things to stay away from are ponytails, mullets, and anything but a very slight undercut. pick up a magazine like vogue and scan the pages for men with long hair. that should give you a good idea.
"depends on the type of face you have really." I think that you have hit one of the finer points in this discussion. It is really up to hair stylists to accept the concept of men with long hair, because until they do they will keep advising guys to keep it "shorter".

Well, I don't know, pony tails work well on some people (Brad Pitt, if you've ever seen Interview With the Vampire). I tie my hair back for any serious occasions, and have a tendency to do this for dates-- though my last ex said she preferred my hair just hanging down than tied back in a pony tail.
