I'm pretty sure there are some good designers on this board after seeing some of the web sites. But I will contribute my thoughts anyway.
I think the card should be simple with maybe a drawing of a masculine figure with long hair and then the site name underneath in big letters with Victor's name in the corner. Something like that.
As for the cost, you might want to think about just preparing a page set up in business card format that people can print out themselves or you can take orders for people who don't have a printer or who want better quality paper. What does everyone else think?
