Ok, I haven't done a poll in a while, so I thought this one was overdue. I'm curious to know how long everyone here has been growing. I'll start:
I've been growing for 8 1/2 months (don't laugh; when you're in the "months" stage, even fractions of a month are good to note! haha)
1 year.. thats about it
2 years today Baby!!...

Heh I wish. Actually I've been growing since August 2002. 8 months today baby! NO trims! Sweet!

I got my hair cut to my eyebrows when I started my night-job, and have been growing it since then. Nearly 2 years now.. and still no raise.. im gona complain ;p
hmm... difficult to say...
if the "start point" means the final decision to grow my hair really long, that has been in Oct. 2001.
At that time it was a few inches past ear-lobe lenght.
Ive had a trim in march 2003, and thats MY point of counting...
Perhaps you remember those "ten month progress pics" i have posted a few weeks ago.
Some guys may have mistaken the growth rate, but:
not everybody starts with a buzzed or shaved head...then it has been my fault...
I've been growing since the middle of July, 2002. So that's about 8 1/2 months. I started with about 2 inches of hair, max. Maybe more like 1 1/2 inches. I can now almost lick my hair if I pull it down... Maybe next month. ;)

1 year and 10 months...only a slight trim in Sept. of 2001
I last had a cut on 1 December 2000 when I (foolishly) cut off 4 years growth down to 1 inch. Now been growing again for 2 years and 4 months (a day at a time).
This is fun... I've grown mine since 10th Dec. 1999. That's 3 years, 3 months and 23 days ;)
I hope to further grow it for 10^6 years :))

My last haircut (to a "standard" layered cut) was July 2001. That means I've been growing for 1 year and 8 months.
Since October 2001. I wish I had started many years ago. AT about six inches per year, it's going to be awhile before it reaches my butt. Hey, it's something to look foreward to.
I've been growing my hair since 1992. Now it's near hip length.

Great pics. Is your hair at terminal length? Or is it still getting longer? It would be great to see more updates once in awhile. My goal is to grow it that long, so hopefully my hair won't reach terminal length before then.

No haircut yet in this millenium (last one Dec.1999)3 years and 4 months, little over 15" now
...interesting guys! Thanks for the responses. I wanted an idea as to where we all were here. Some of you almost made me fall off my chair with how long you've been growing! That's great. Keep it up all!
Since Feb 3rd, 2001. That's when I essentially had everything reset on me. There was a setback in April '02, but, I've overcome that, and am back to normal.

1996 for the beard
February 2003 for the moustache (dentist appointment)
over 7 years and still not waiest length

Latest haircut: fall 1987 (more than 15 years ago)
