This is in response to your follow up below on my "oily hair" post just in case you don't read down the posts.
I've never creme rinsed before. Currently I only shampoo once a week anyway, so what I have decided to do is try some of that Aussie shampoo and conditioner that I have heard you and others speak of from time to time. Can you get this at Wal-Mart, or is it a specialty product. Also, I was wondering what your thoughts are on Freeman hair products if you have ever heard of this company. (no bias intended! yea right!)

Never heard of the Freeman stuff.
You can get Aussie at Walmart, Target, Walgreens, and other places like that. Try using the Aussie Moist conditioner as a daily rinse instead of shampoo and then shampoo once or twice a week (or more).
