Has anyone out there reached terminal length? Mine is at my shoulder blades and just doesn't seem to get any longer. Is is possible that terminal length is that short? :(

My ex's hair got to the bottom of his shoulder blades and stopped. It never got past that in 10 years. His bangs only got to right below his chin.
Sadly, yes. There is no way of knowing short of your hair just not getting longer. My wife is mad that all the males in her family (me and my eldest son) can grow their hair longer than her! Her's is probably at the same length as you while mine is to my waist. My son's was to his waist,but he was only seven... he has since decided to get a "Harry Potter" style cut. He looks good, but I mourn the passing of his locks, maybe my other son will keep his long.

You can try this site, it has a "Hair Potential Calculator" in it. It calculates your "expected terminal length" by the daily fallout rate, hair growth rate and your hair color.
I have not verified how accurate it is but hey, no harm trying, right?
