does anyone know how often you should get split ends trimmed i`ve been growing my hair since last june when i got a no.1 blade all over and it has grown about 6-7 inches since then ?
Never. Hair that is never trimmed has naturally tapered ends that resist splitting. Once you cut, then the splitting starts.
I can't agree with that.
Although I prefer to interfere as little as possible.
