Could all you guys sugjest me some vitamins that I could take to make my hair grow faster?
Also the stores where I can get them,please.
First off, every human has a predestined optimum hair growth speed. There are no miracle pills that will make you exceed your optimum speed. Interesting that you state that fingernail and hair growth are somewhat related. I have always had a fingernail growth problem -- I usually need to cut them once a week.

Any good multi-vitamin can help make up for any nutritional deficiencies that might slow hair growth or otherwise affect hair health. Biotin and Silica are two other supplements that are often cited as good for hair growth and health.
I find that the only thing that seems to measurably affect my growth rate is exercise. If I get regular exercise, my hair seems to grow faster. Must be the extra blood flow and oxygen to the scalp.
So, take your vitamins, and go for a bike ride or someting every day.
ever since I was forced to quit working out it seems like my hair started to grow faster, I think the protein being used by my muscles is now being used to build more hair. makes sense I guess
Yeah, I've got a prescription for you, it's called patience.
Be sure to overdose on it everyday. You need it, everyone needs it and it cures most of what ails everybody and works wonders on hair.
