High!
For many years, I day-dreamed about having long-hair (way down my back) and a moustache, whereeas during the last 12 years, I mostly went with a goatee or even a full beard.
Now I tried this "swamp gypsy" look for the first time - and my feelings are somewhat ambivalent. On one hand, it looks not as disproportional with my wide face as I feared - on the other hand, it feels, at least on this picture, somewhat brutish - like some dubious gangster dude, a fugitive criminal I really wouldn't like to encounter in a dark side street.
Could it be that shaving more accurately and (as I normally do) wearing glasses could alleviate this? And, for the time being, there is also an overweight problem - losing, let's say 30 lbs surely would make also my face look less chubby!
I'm really at odds with myself whether I now should try being a "swamp gypsy" (a self-coined word for long-haired moustached men) or instead simply grow back my previous beard... what do you think?

The glowing red eyes do not help.
I think NO facial hair would look better than just the mustache.
Perhaps a complete shave, and then grow the whole beard back if you do not like the baby face.
Clean shave or full beard...
Good Luck!
also you need to consider some visine
I'd say, either no facial hair, or a grown beard as well. I dunno -- I've only recently started growing my hair out at all, but that's just my opinion.
Personally I prefer a full beard or goatee. Mustaches are so Yanni.
Oh wow! I was not aware that Yanni owned the moustache look. The inference there is that once a celebrity has a certain look, they own it? I suppose goatees are "so Mark McGuire" and beards are "so Richard Karn"?
Drek!
And sideburns are so Elvis Presley.
Yes, I strongly dislike Yanni's showy and pretentious music (no, he's really no Vangelis!)... but the guy himself looks simply HOT! Too bad he's married to that Dynasty bitch...
