I have thick hair that is somewhat wavy but not overly. I have always had it short and am growing it out now. Its about 6 or seven inches in the front and a lil shorter in the back. I've read alot of things to try about handaling poofiness (is that a word?) but the bigger problem I have is it curls/flips up in the back around the neck. I have been told just to let it grow and it will get some wieght and lay down. Is there any thing i can do to keep it from fliping as much?
Thanx
tryed putting it in a ponytail?
not long enough for that yet
from my experience, theres nothing. ive tried cutting the back, but that just makes it flip up longer than it has to.
Try using a round bristled brush as your hair is drying ( a cool air blow dryer helps). Curl the brush in the opposite direction that the bottom of your hair usually flips. That helps me a lot.
