Don't listen to anyone named after a steak sandwich. You look good. On a scale from 1 to 10 your an 8. Just stop trimming it so much and you'll have magnificent shoulder length hair in no time.

I really like the large pic of your face, your hair looks great in that pic and that was the only one I could see well enough to give you an honest opinion. Honestly, I think it looks great at the length you are now.
