As a female, and an admirer of long hair (period), I wanted to add my two cents' worth to this board.
First of all, a person's hair is a quick gauge of their overall health. To me, a long, beautiful head of hair proudly boasts of one's good personal hygiene habits along with other desirable health habits that
are usually in place when you see a healthy head of hair.
Secondly, there is nothing more sensuous than a guy who is comfortable enough with his own masculinity to wear his hair long despite public pressure if it looks good on him and he wants it that way. Self-confidence is vital to one's appeal to others.
Although hair does not make a person, it does tell a lot about them. If you look good with long hair, and YOU like it, please continue to wear it and do so with confidence. There are many other females out there like me that find you completely intriguing and irresistable.

Yeah, I agree. I've been growing my hair for over ten years and still get the evil stares from strangers. I guess narrow minded people have the worst first impressions of long hair men. I was within hours of cutting it all of when I can across this board. Keep up the support. For the long hair man is but a rare breed in corporate America...

Thank goodness you found us, man. Humans are social creatures and support is important. Being a longhair can be lonely sometimes, and we mustn't forget that we need each other. Let's each try to support other longhairs we know a little more. Tell them once in a while that you like their hair long, and how much you appreciate having other longhairs around.

Thanks for the support. It's hard sometimes when society thinks of us longhairs as different or abnormal. We are no different inside and in what I have found much more deeper and caring then most people.
