Does anyone know of a possible supplement or something that I could take to help me with my stress grays. I'm creeping up on thirty and seem to have more than I wish for. Maybe that's life and I should deal with it but I figured I'd throw this out to see if anyone can help.
I wouldn't worry about it, I have a few myself, just age I suppose
Hey guys, I'm going on 52 and looks like I won't ever have a grey hair, some of that is my genetic background but I take extradonary good care of my health. Using supplements that are totally organic and they do cost more but they work right. Mineral supplementation is so very important as plants don't produce minerals, they just take them from the soil and mineral depletion of our soil is a serious problem. Minerals and protein are components of hair so we must get those and convert into hair. Hair tells of your health so you know what to do. Randall
