I have always had my USMC crew cut until 9/11/01. Since then I have not cut my hair.
My question is: Do I need to trim regularly to keep the growth going?
So many of my friends say I need to cut it to make it grow.
I need some advice because this does not make sense to me.
Thanks for any reply

nope, this is totally false....the only thing to slightly increase the growth is multivitamins...and it wont do miracles..it'll just strengthen hair and such....time is the only thing you need..

you can't just chop off some hair and expect it to grow even faster. Hair growth follows a linear pattern. Trims and cuts will set you back several weeks of growth, not vice versa.

I haven't cut my hair since 06/17/02, but I had a longer start. In the past, I'd trim it but it didn't make any difference at all. If you want it long, just keep growing it.
