Howdy... my hair is about shoulder length all around, quite thick and a little tiny bit wavy/curvy, and generally quite healthy but I know I can make it healthier, so I decided not to use as many products on it [ie. hairspray, mousse], and not to straighten it as much... are there any other tips anyone can reccomend?
This will do wonders for your overall health including your hair. When the body suffers the whole body suffers in one way or another and if you take a daily vitamin, I garuantee you will see a difference in your hair as well. I know this because it has done the same for me tremendously as well as other guys on this board. Hope this helps. Peace!
Heeyyyyy thanks a lot people. Reccomend any vitamins?
I take One Source multi-vitamin/multi-mineral Adult High Potency one- a-day suppliment. You can get it at Wal-Mart in the health and beauty aid department. Has every vitamin you'll need. Peace!
Thanks but, one small prob... I live in the UK lol, is it available here do you know?
There are a lot of guys here at the board from the UK who would be able to answer that for you. Never been there myself. (Help him out, guy!) Peace!
He could try Asda which is owned by Walmart.
-Eat a well-balanced diet, drink lots of water and limit alcohol and smoking as much as possible.
-Regular exercise can't hurt.
-Avoid rubbing dry with a towel or using a hairdryer.
-Make sure you're using fabric-covered ties with no exposed metal. I like Scrunci brand.
-Figure out how INfrequently you can satisfactorily wash your hair, and rinse and condition every time you shower.
