I had planned to stop at mid-back but now I'm not so sure.
Seems like every time I reach a milestone...
I just can't bring myself to cut and so...I keep on going and going and...
ATM its mid back, im likely to go further
I plan to make it all the way to terminal length, just out of curiosity so I can see how long it will get. Then I'll probably get it cut somewhere between shoulder & mid back length.
I'm in the same boat. Had originally planned for shoulder-length, but have become more and more addicted to length as it's kept growing. At this point, I'm just letting it grow. I've stopped setting goals.
Funny, I was just thinking the same thing the other day. Had originally planned to stop below shoulder length but I am now thinking butt length or terminal length whichever comes first....
Since my hair has a slight wave texture, it seems the longer it gets the easier and better it is to manage - and I've put this much effort into getting it to where it is.. you get the picture.

Waist-length for me! Right now, it's about to my elbows (just about 1 1/2 inches to go!).
As I'm 'mature' (old fart of 41) and receding a bit I've a feeling it won't make it that long. But who knows !
Personally I am going only for shoulder length and then I'll see what a stylist can do with it.
As long as my hair grows.(I am 52 years young).:):):):):):):):):):):)
Now I am at about 1" above shoulder length.
I am currently a longhaul 18 wheell (53' Tractor Trailer) driver.
Nothing is going to stop me from going to maximum length, whatever that end be.........................................................
I have been wanting to grow my hair for many years, finally said to myself..self do it/grow it long/long hair rocks;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
I'm 21 and my hair reaches my nipples. I don't really have a goal length, however if my hair became too long to cope with I might cut it.
Mine won't grow more than half way down my back. I'd love to have waist length hair, but it just isn't going to happen. It's been essentially the same length for many years now.
Going for terminal length what ever that turnsout to be, love to get to butt or waist length someday, but that may nver happen. Not planning on stopping growing at any poin though
Hmmm, probably tail-bone length. Waist length seems a bit too short, actually... :)
