Hi there
My name is Kim and I live in Sweden
I am going to let my hair get as long as possible
But my hair isn´t so thick so It vill propably take some time
I have had my hair rather short the last 10 years because I cut
it when the hair looks a little messy when it gets longer!
Does anybody have tips if there is supplements to take to make
the hait thicker !
I have earlier tested Silica Forte but doesn´t think it work so well
and I don´t want to spend a fortune on Viviscal who someone advised me
to take.
Is there any other tips on getting better hair, suck as cold water
shower or giving hair masssage ?
I´m looking forward to any tips .
Hi Kim..... Go to the long hair site on the web and find Louise Marie Longhairs page, read up on it there, she has wonderful info. and products that really perform, I use them and love them. Her site is great and a tremendous amount of info. about anything you need to know about hair. Her products are priced in Canadian currency, there is a converter in her site to calculate actual cost. They appear costly at first but they are so consentrated that they go a long way and have only organic ingrediants in them. Young Living essential oils are extremely helpful with hair, I use them and get good results.
Don't wash your hair too often, it looses oil. About 2-3 a week is fine. once every 2 weeks mix equal parts of olive oil, castor oil, cooking oil, sweet oil, & almond oil. Warm on a stove so that the oils blend , must not be hot. Massage into your hair and scalp for about 10min. Use a blow dryer afterwards at a fairly warm temp to set the oil in your scalp. Leave on for as long as possible , prefferabbly overnight. Wash twice the next day with baby shampoo-no conditioner. I am an Indian living in South Africa , and when we have problems growing hair we use Amla oil or Mehndi oil, which costs about R9.00 each (about $1.50) but execpt for India I dont know where else to get it. Try brewers yeast tablets , but you have to shave pretty often. Rajan(mail me if you want more info , I have countless remedies)
