I heard that he's growing his hair back. I'm not absolutely sure though, it's just what i've heard from a few freinds.
It never ceases to amaze me how the English language evolves into all sorts of interesting dialects. Anyway, if your completely bald my guess is that it should take around 3 to 3,5 years if you have the same hairtype as he does. That's just an estimate based on the average hair growth ratio of homo sapiens sapiens.
