I really like the texture of your hair - excellent growth rate too. It suits you very well! Do you know how long you want it?
dang. we have similiar hair. Its coming up on my one year anniversary and i am no where near your growth. Its good looking. And i was shocked to see how long it was when i checked the side view pics. Keep it up, your definitely an inspiration to me in these trying times. hehe
Thanks Resonance. I'm shooting for terminal length. Hopefully waist-length when pulled straight.
great progress! I'm a month a way from a full year's growth adn i wish mine were as long as yours!!! I started from a head shave, tho....so you gota little head start!
bravo!

Looks Great! Good luck with a much easier coasting-along in the next year. (Now it gets much easier.)
Looks great, just curious but what length do you want your hair to be?
I'm going for terminal length..however long that may be. I just started college this week, so I don't see any good reason to cut it (aside from minute trims) for the next four years.
Looks great to me! As a matter of fact, your hair looks somewhat like mine in terms of it's waviness - You probably have difficulty getting it to stay combed behind your ears, out of your face, right?
Of course. Not to mention that wierd feeling of a few strands always attempting to go into my ears.
Hey great hair, how do yo do to grow it that fast? mine is like yours in length terms and it took me like 17 18 months, if you could share some tips or something i would be grateful.
great hair really
I only started with my sides/back nearly buzzed. The top was about two inches. Thus, in reality, some of my hair is as old as yours. My growth rate isn't that fast. If .5 in/month is average, I've only gained one extra half inch over those 14 months.
My tips would be to take a daily vitamin, don't kill your hair with forced heat, and, if possible, have a smaller-sized head ;)
Actually you can get away with using a straightener daily if you a Ceramic one. For guys with wavy hair it's a genuine miracle. I use Revlon 2-in-1 Ceramic Straightener and absolutely wouldn't use any other.

I really love your hair! Some of my hair twists around itself like yours, but not as much, unfortuanately. I love the look...
Looks great. Tell us about products/shampoo/conditioner, etc.
