I was surfing around the net on the subject of Johnny Depp and found out something I didn't know about him. In his endevors to make the music scene (which failed in a fortunate kind of way), he became friends with Nickolus Cage who took a liking to him and helped him on his way to becoming an actor. What I didn't realize was that his debut movie roll was in the first Nightmare On Elm Street. He has definetly come a long way in his acting career as well as his hair growth. He is one of my inspirations in the hair growth area, and also one of my favorite actors. I know he fluctuates quite a bit with his hair length, but in the demanding business that he is in, that has to be the norm with contracts and movie rolls. The pic above shows his awesome hair as well as two screen shots from the first Nightmare On Elm Street. Thought I would share. Peace!
I liked his hair in Edward Scissorhands. :) Also that badass leather suit he wore...
When are you going to post your new progress pics?
I can't find anyone else with a digi cam to take the pics (broke up w/ girlfriend who did it before). :(
Supposedly, he has been offered the role of Willy Wonka in the Tim Burton directed remake of "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory." I wonder what sort of hair he would have for that role. At the very least, Wonka would be appropriately creepy.
That is some good hair. Treyn, you've got his type of hair, too. Consider yourself fortunate as you look more like Johnny Depp than at least 95% of society.
"you look more like Johnny Depp than at least 95% of society"
I must say I take that as an inspiring compliment. Thanks a lot. I will have to ask my wife if she shares that same opinion. Peace!
I have been a fan of his since I first saw him in 21 Jump street on tv and in Nightmare on Elm st 1 as I am a huge horror fan.
I have been watching each of his movies since mainly because he usually goes for better roles rather than just get into easy money makers. He had a chance to be in Speed for instance but turned it down. He is talking about being Willy wonka in the remake-Charlie and the Chocolate factory directed by tim burton.
