what do u guy think of mustaches
i was never fond of facial hair. Funny how im adament about not cutting my hair, yet i scrape away any hair that grows on my face. Granted, where i work, i can't look scruffy (it takes me a while to get some good growth happening) so i shave regularily. incidentally, i bought a new electric shaver today! YAY! Anyway, in some regards i feel like a hypocrite!! haha. Though some people look awesome in little goatees or beards, but really, i wouldn't be upset if people stopped growing them.
Well, guess I am like you also. A Longhair without Mustache or Beard BUT w/Sideburns. This makes us even more of a rarity I think. But, ea. to his own. If I had a choice between a buzz-cut and growing a 10 ft. long Beard..........I'ed go the Beard route, anything to keep my long hair!
I recently grew a 70's style droopy moustache to go with my hairstyle - but I shaved it off again! I quite liked it, but it made me look older. Unlike my long hair, the moustache can be regrown relatively quickly if I wish.
I have found the same conclusion in most cases. All one has to do is look around. Yes, it DOES seem to give an older look.
Personally i like the mustash with a beard (more so like a go-t just really without it hanging down, nice and clean looking) The beard is really just around the mouth, not all the way up the cheek to the ears, i think that looks cool on guys with long hair, other then that i like mustashes if the person fits one (some people dont look good with em)

By the way, could it be that I recently inspired you to try a moustache with my "swamp gypsy" picture of June?
Meanwhile I re-grew my beard also on the cheeks, currently it's about 2 inches long. I go for chest-length, and I'm uncertain at the moment whether I should keep growing my hair or cut it back to chin-length in order to achieve a more "Afghan" look...
