can anybody tell me why I cannot grow healthy hair in the back.
The top and sides are so so thick, but the back is stringy. I don't
get it. I see guys completely bald on top and can grow healthy hair
in back. I shampoo with moistoriuzer ever day and comb every morning.
Still sticks out in a million directions in back. really ugly. It is
more thick in middle of back of head and worse about half way down the ears. any suggestions would be appreciated.
Welcome to the club. I'll bet 90% of us have the same problem.
What I do is after washing and conditioning, either use a gel or a leave-in conditioner like Bone Strait in it and use a thin cylindrical brush (the kind with the little knobbies on each bristle) when I blow dry. I use the HOT setting on the blow drier and you have to actually pull the hair straight when you blow dry. Let it cool for a few seconds before you let go of it with the brush and it'll hold the shape a bit better. Let me know how you make out.
