lol. the topic was very misleading. Im thinking. "just shave your back!" hehe. Anyway, yah, thats normal. I agree that it will straighten out again. Just hold tight, cause it will do that for a long while.
Yes, natural. As it grows longer and "touches" your shoulders it will "flip upwards" for a very long while until it grows past that point. Then Gravity will straighten it again. (I am saying this under the assumption that your hair is really straight hair.) Curly hair would definately be another matter however. Good luck!
