Due to the fact that my site has been down 99% of the time since I posted my new pics, I decided to move them to another place.
This place shouldn't have any bandwidth trouble at all.
If you saw them already, sorry for adding another post to the board.
Wow! Your hair is LONG! Are you thinking about trimming it to even it up or do you want to wait until you get to a specific length?
Looks good, shiny, healthy.
I don't have any motivation to trim my hair for evening it up. I'm living at least an hour from any salon that I might tust and showering daily with mineral water. My priorites aren't on looking neat or even dating right now, so I am just kind of cruising along.
Every few weeks I sit down and snip off individual split ends. The longest hairs on the top of my head are about 20 months old now. This is the only area that I find a split end or two in...so far.
I guess I want to get to about twice the length I have right now before getting a trim. This will be approximately the time that I plan to study aborad. I figure a trim would be appropriate for a journey such as that.
But my goal all along has been terminal length. I want some long hair and do have a bit of a cutting phobia.

Thats the downside to having curls, length does not compute! I have curly hair too, so your pics are pretty much awe inspiring. By the way, where were you planning on studying abroad?
Nope. Those cheap cameras tend to do strange things at times...
I'm planning on either Australia or New Zealand. Somewhere that speaks english and is acceptable of long hair, yet is quite a contrast to midwestern America. This coming summer is when I will set up all the arrangements. I just need to find schools/universities that offer courses that my current school will accept as transfer credits and such.
kool i live in christchurch, New Zealand, and we are very accepting of long hair, all the maoris here have it, big thick mops.

Hey, you got some good hair there, looks like some "no-so-tight-dreads" which is awesome.... personally id like to see how your hair looks a bit longer, but thats all up to you. Just curious how the curl / length will look.

The interesting thing is that both of our hair makes the natural "spirals" which I think look pretty cool. Also, you've only been growing a month ahead of me. :)

Well, there are no accounts on this board, but for the purpose of using a familiar word--I think Jiargi is very mean and arrogant, unable to grasp the idea that people don't like the way he acts, and/or (most likely) a joke account. I think it would be nice if Jiargi would be nice.

Whats more if you think about it, how do you even know those really are pictures of redleader? We only have his word for it! He could be lying for all you know and posting pictures of someone else.

I like the photos! I've never actually seen a longhaired person with curly hair before, as I don't often look at the progress pics posted here from time to time. It seems like it gives you a lot of options for style you don't have with straight hair.
BTW, I had no idea that your hair was THAT far removed from red when you told me your old camera messed up what your hair looked like.
Dude, aside from my receding hairline your hair is like a clone of mine
same exact color, just as curly
in that last picture where you have it pulled down to show the length thats exactly how mine is, to my chest but curls up so much it looks like its at the shoulders
