Yay! Another (sort of) milestone reached and breached. Today my hair was being even more huge and uncooperative than usual and I needed to get some groceries so I just thought "sod it!", shoved as much hair as I could top the back of my head and tied that before slicking the bangs behind my ears...and it stayed in through the wind and the rain! Looks quite good, if I do say so myself (sadly my digi camera is at home-I'm at Uni). Maybe we can call this a phoneytail as it wasn't all in but it looked like it. There was a moment in the supermarket, where myself, a guy with a tieback undercut and a chap with a tail down to his mid back were all facing the same shelf and standing next to each other. Felt like a bretheren of longhairs. Sorry, that sounds cornball.
Anyhow, I'm pleased. So close to my goal now, it's not worth cutting it again!
