Man, I can't believe the humongous size of my "Get This" discussion thread! I just thought I'd take this opportunity to thank all of you (even Matthew "Devil's Advocate" Hutchinson, without whom half of my thread's responses wouldn't have existed ;) ) for responding. I would also like to thank all the non-Hutchinsons for their support and advice. I would also like to say that I agree with Bill about the job-choosing thing; if I were offered those same two jobs Mr. Advocate talked about, I too would choose the $10 one, even if it were $5 less than the other per hour. Why? Because I prioritize happiness over money. For Matthew, no happiness would be lostin prioritizing money in this scenario, and that's OK; that's him. But for me and many others on this list (like Bill C, who's tried the "fitting in" route and found that it sucks), I would be a far richer person to be happy and be myself with less money than to be not me (and to be reminded of it every morning) all for the sake of more income.
