A rather novel and good idea I think for someone growing their hair out. At first we wonder...........5 months later we really start to wonder. Doing something like this (in its own way) helps alot in giving you an idea of what you will look like ahead of time. And, you can tell early-on if Long Hair IS for you or not. Thanks for sharing your idea. (ps: I like the photos on the right best.....but then again I like Long Hair.)

I did the same thing... I wasn't trying to depict my goal, I was just curious... You look good with longer hair.
From a Graphic design angle I'm curious... how did you do yours? I borrowed someone else's hair and merged the pictures... couldnt get the colour balance right so I greyscaled it. Did you have a similiar problem (I had to turn up my Screen contrast to the max to really see what you did.)
Please lemme know I'm trying to figure out some new techiques especially how to paint or sample hair.
Sorry about not responding to this sooner!! It kinda got lost until I did a kyword search for it. Anyways, the only things I really used were the smudge and blur tools in photoshop. Once you get halfway decent, they're really excellent tools.

make sure you keep track of this picture for later on down the road so you can compare this to what your hair really will look like. :)
