Im growing my hair, just wondering how much nutrition comes into it.
Nutrition is a very large defining attribute to growing hair long. It has to do with your growth rate (reaching and maintaining your predetermined optimum growth speed) and the health of your hair roots. Poor health and poor nutrition can slow down your growth rate as well as develope week hair roots that don't grow as strong as they could with a healthier you, if you will. Yep, has a lot to do with hair growth, my friend. Stay healthy and get those darn vitamins in ya'! Peace!
Treyn: - Which Vitamins do you recommend taking? As one of my friends who is also growing their hair out has a faster growth rate than me, however they eat a lot more fruit than I do and are prolly getting more vitamins than me.

yeah Id like to know too, the ones I already know of are copper, biotin and silica, but I know there are others, also what dosage of each is needed?
