Hi ,
Does anyone know if the highlander hair ties are still available ?
I tried the site ms.digitalboardwalk.com .... but they're asking
a username and pasword !
By the way : I ordered a celtic tail cuff from the mystic caravan
and it looks great !

Try the Highlander store at 1-800-228-8133. They used to have the hair ties - let us know if they still do!
Hi,
In my hand I hold the 1999 Highlander Store Catalog. The hair ties are most certainly still available. There is still a web site around that does work, however the URL escapes me and is not printed in the catalog. My advice would be to call the 800# that Bill posted. I have ordered from the website and found that I paid a significantly higher price for the merchandise than if I had waited for the catalog. My other advice is to check your order carefully when you receive it... I have also been shorted merchandise. In addition to the number that Bill posted, the number 1-800-228-4133 is also printed in the catalog.
Enjoy the hair ties!
Everyone here occasionally forgets that a lot of folks aren't in the US. 1-800 numbers are usually inaccessible from overseas.
Can anyone help ronny out with a non-800 number that would work from Belgium?
Rob
Oh, I'm quite aware lots of folks here aren't in the US. I was not aware, however, that people overseas could not call numbers with an 800 area code but they could all the others. How strange....
Anyway, the solution to the problem was easy - I just now called the number and asked them. The 800 number is the only phone number they have, but folks can write them at The Highlander Store, 100 Fusion Way, Country Club Hills, Illinois 60478, unless the Post Office won't let foreigners write to zip code 60478. ;-)
The Highlander Store also has a very flaky web site, which seems to move to a new URL about as often as Duncan takes a head. A few URLs ago, their lady on the 800 phone line told me they farmed out the web site to a contractor in another state, who printed out orders from the site once a week and mailed them in a bundle to the store. So if I were you, I'd expedite my order by just writing the store with my order myself. Include your VISA number and expiration date, and they should be able to process your order and mail it anywhere.
I asked the lady just now for their present URL, and I visited it. I left the web site in frustration long before I found the hair ties.
Their URL for the moment is linked below, but don't visit it unless you have lots of time. Duncan MacLeod may not find it slow to load, but frankly, I don't expect to live as long as he does.
