Dave, the guy's name is Herman "Shred" Li. He's a guitarist with a band called Dragonforce. (www.dragonforce.com) The site is very slow, but there are hundreds of picutres on him and other long haired bands on the site. You just have to take the time to navigate it, and as I said, the site is slow, so be patien and enjoy it.

Wow, I've talked to that guy in a chat room before and he sent me that same picture of him because we were talking about his hair and his band and such; it really is a small world.
