Looks good how long are you planning on letting it get? Are you going for all one length(even all the way around)? and how long has it been for the grow better question how long since your last haircut? Next time comb it all down over your face and sides so we can see the length better. Sorry for such a long post. Anyway good luck and keep it growing.
My plan is to get it 1-2" past shoulder length. Yes I want it to be even all the way around, it seems like the back is having a little more trouble growing than the front though. Last month to this month I gained about 1" in hair length in the front. I'll comb it all down next time. Thanks for the support! :)

Looks like you've hit "the stage". :) Don't worry about it though. It may seem like it's going to be like that forever, but that's just you getting wound up with it. It's all about perseverance. It WILL get better, I am living proof. I'll upload some pics of various stages of my hair growth soon so you can have a laugh at me when I was in "the stage."
