I tuned in to Oprah's show just at the very end. Apparently, the show revolved around two long-haired guys getting the makeover treatment from the Queer Eye guys. I only saw the large "before" photos in the background as the two guys who were "made over" were being asked how they liked their new looks. It was obvious from the frontal views in the photos that they had had long hair, but I couldn't tell how long their hair had been. Did anyone see that show?
I saw most of the show. The older gentleman had mid back hair, in great condition, and the other guy had shoulder length hair. As soon as I saw them just chop of their hair while it was still in a ponytail I had to change the channel. Damn those queer eye guys, always cutting hair. Since when does cutting a guys hair automatically make an improvement on their overall look. I hate the society we live in. If it was the 80's they'd be giving guys hair extensions, lol.
It is because 95% of the time these shows do makeovers where guys get hair cut is because their hair is so unkept that it definitely looks better short.
they give the image that all long hair is bad based on these few individuals that NEEDED to take better care of their hair.
the guy that cryed because he felt free for the first time in years because he cut his hair short was really wierd whats he free from what a jerk
